ALL eyes are on Louis Tomlinson and Zara McDermott since they announced they’re a couple.
They kept their relationship secret for weeks before finally going public this month, and now you can’t pass a news stand without seeing photos of them smiling and hand in hand.
And of course all this public attention is great for their bank balance.
Their joint net worth is a hefty £55million – putting them among Britain’s richest couples under 40.
Brand expert Nick Ede says: “There’s a lot of attention on them and that is great news if they want to boost their worth.”
So who else makes the top ten?
Lynsey Hope looks at the UK’s richest couples under 40 – and Nick reveals why they are such a success.
1. Dua Lipa & Callum Turner
£105.2m
SUPERSTAR singer Dua has added £12million to her wealth, topping the £100million mark for the first time, accounts published in January reveal.
They put the 29-year-old Grammy winner’s total worth at £102.2million.
Brit actor Callum, 35, who starred in the Fantastic Beasts franchise, is thought to be worth around £3million.
Nick says: “The ultimate power couple, Dua is selling out stadiums around the world and Callum is a huge international film star.
“As a result they are uber rich at a very young age.
“To have amassed that kind of fortune under 40 is quite an achievement.
“People like the Kardashians make money by diversifying, but with Dua, it’s mainly her music and with him, it’s mainly acting.”
2. Louis Tomlinson & Zara McDermott
£55m
ONE Direction star Louis’s net worth has been estimated at around £54million.
The 33-year-old singer has treated himself to an £80,000 Porsche Boxster, a £90,000 Range Rover and a £2.5million property in North London.
Reality TV regular Zara, 28, is thought to have earned more than £1million last year from post Love Island endeavours.
She recently bought a West London pad worth around £500,000.
Nick says: “Louis’s money is mainly from his One Direction days.
“Zara’s relationship with him will likely see her get more deals, earning her even more.”
Jade Thirlwall & Jordan Stephens
£20m
LITTLE Mix singer Jade, 32, is worth up to £20million.
She opened her own bar and has collaborated with brands such as Ellesse and Beauty Bay.
It is not known how much Rizzle Kicks star Jordan, 32, is worth but he has joked that Jade earns a lot more than he does.
Nick says: “Jade’s money mostly came from Little Mix but these two are becoming a brand in themselves.
“Her solo career is also taking off.”
4. Rochelle & Marvin Humes
£24m
EACH member of JLS is thought to have made around £6million but Marvin, 40, has gone on to be a DJ and TV host.
Ex-Saturdays singer Rochelle, 36, launched a talent agency, co-owns a matcha brand and is a face on TV with an estimated worth of about £5.4million.
Nick says: “Another powerful couple. She’s on This Morning and sometimes they present together.
“They’re very popular, and I can’t see that diminishing.”
5. Mark Wright & Michelle Keegan
£20m
FORMER Towie regular Mark, 38, has since built an estimated £14million property empire and is now a Heart FM DJ.
Michelle, 37, has had lucrative modelling gigs for Lipsy and Very on top of her TV appearances, plus her and Mark’s clothing range, all contributing to her estimated £6million fortune.
Nick says: “They are Essex royalty. They’ve just had baby, Palma, born last month, and are a power family, which will likely earn them even more over the years.”
6. Spencer Matthews & Vogue Williams
£15.5m
MADE In Chelsea’s Spencer, 36, is worth around £12.5million, from his firm making alcohol-free spirits and stints on other reality TV shows including The Jump, where he met Vogue, 39.
She is worth around £3million from TV and radio gigs, her own tan range and a Fairy ad deal worth £1.4million last year.
Nick says: “They both bring in their own money. It’s a very modern relationship – they are independently wealthy.”
7. Jack Whitehall & Roxy Horner
£13.4m
COMEDIAN and TV host Jack, 36, has an £11.4million fortune, making around £2million in the past year alone.
Last year he got engaged to model Roxy, 33.
She has appeared in magazines such as Vogue, as well as a few films, with her own worth estimated at £1.5million.
Nick says: “Jack is hugely popular and hosting the Brits will give him another boost.
“He will be a TV mainstay for years to come, and her earning potential may go up when they get married too.”
8. Molly Mae & Tommy Fury
£12m
LOVE Islander Molly-Mae, 25, has signed many deals, including one with Pretty Little Thing, which have earned her around £9million, and she now has her own clothing brand, Maebe.
Pro boxer Tommy, 25, is thought to have made around £3million from TV appearances and major boxing wins.
Nick says: “Molly could make money in her sleep.
“He’s from a reality show but she is the real breadwinner. People are fascinated by her.”
9. Jamie Laing & Sophie Haboo
£10.1m
THIS Made In Chelsea couple are worth more than £10.1million together.
Jamie, 36, and Sophie, 30, met on the show, married in 2023 and now host the NewlyWeds podcast.
Jamie is also founder of sweet firm Candy Kittens and has been in a string of reality TV shows.
Nick says: “Jamie is an entrepreneur and Sophie is doing brilliantly with the podcast.
“They know how to keep in the limelight so their earning potential is great.”
10. Tom & Giovanna Fletcher
£9m
AS well as his years as McFly’s lead vocalist, Tom, 39, has written kids’ books and was a judge on TV’s The Voice.
He has also written songs for One Direction and Busted, taking his net worth to at least £4million.
Wife Giovanna, who turned 40 in January, has earned around £5million as an author, podcast host and children’s TV presenter.
Nick says: “I’m surprised Tom isn’t wealthier – he doesn’t seem to stop ever.
“Giovanna is also really successful – they are a wonderful, powerful couple.”
